Kim is great to work with and knowledgeable of the DFW metroplex. We never had any communication issue or timing issues with her. She helped us put in two offers on separate occasions on houses the same day (within a few hours of touring) which secured us our home! She also is very helpful in sending newsletters after you work with her for all things homeowners should be checking throughout the year which is great for new homeowners.
